Okay, here goes...

What I think about the show Malaysian Dreamgirl??? It sucks!! BIG time!! Why?

Firstly, the title Malaysian Dreamgirl means that the eventual winner of this modeling contest is the epitome of every Malaysian's vision of the ideal model. But... The 12 shortlisted contestants are all waaaay below standards. They are not model materials at all. Some have the height but lack the looks. Actually, all of them lack good looks. Some are not tall and most of them have just the average girl's body. Come on... Do the judges know how to judge? Why did they select such low quality girls????

Dunno about you, to me, a model has to be tall, very attractive [this does not necessarily mean beautiful. Being attractive means being able to attract attention with extraordinary looks. Look at Alek Wek. To some, she might be considered pretty but to most people, she's attractive coz of her black black skin, unusual features and model build], has good bone structure [meaning the body have to be proportionate, the frame must be really good, with defined collar bones and straight shoulders] and of coz being able to sell whatever that's put on the body [meaning even if you put geeky frames on the model's face, she's able to effortlessly make it look so good that the effect of it is a stream of girls dashing to the nearest optical shop to get a pair. Or, if you put even the most unflattering outfit on her, she'll be able to work it and make it look desirable]. None, I repeat, NONE of the contestants in this show has any of the above qualities.

They look like any ordinary girl whom you won't even look at twice if you walk past them on the streets. Most of them can't talk well [just listening to all their stupid talk with broken English and fake accents and slangs is enough to make me sick. They try so hard to be cool and all but really gagal!! I think they watched too much ANTM and somehow are conditioned to think they are as good as their American counterparts. Hello!! Wake up!! You lot are a FAR FAR FAR, I need to emphasize FAR FAR FAR cry from the Americans. Stop being wannabes and come back to reality!!!], have lousy fashion sense and have absolutely no fashion knowledge. Sigh.... What has become of our country??? Are these so called 'dreamgirls' Malaysia's best??!!! *Horrors* *Shudder*

And the judges. What makes them so qualified to judge? Elaine Daly, is she our top model?? She looks kinda fat actually. She's not that hot. And what's with all the impatient rude comments to the girls who went for the auditions? The judges think they're all that and put down most of the girls with such rudeness it's really shocking. I don't think all those nasty comments are necessary even though those girls really deserved to be woken up. Memang cari nahas, those girls. They didn't look at the mirror before deciding to go for the audition. Mirrors reflect the truth. They could clearly realise from their own reflections that they are NOT pretty. So why bother?? Why did they still wanna waste time going for the audition then kena caci like nobody's business?? Really padan muka. If you know you don't have the looks, don't go on national TV and embarrass yourself. Don't invite all the kutuk-ing.

Sigh... Really dunno what more to say. The judges' tastes are bad. The contestants suck. What a waste of $$, resources and time to produce this show. They should just give the money away to charity instead of producing such embarrassing shows. Really... Local producers should STOP making such horrible humiliating shows and only invest in high quality ones.
