Drinks @ George & Dragon, BSC on a Saturday Night

Met up with Jessie, Pam, Loo & Clement @ George & Dragon Pub in BSC last Saturday. Haven't seen them for ages, especially Jessie. Last I heard of her, she went to South Africa, Capetown for work [lucky gal!!]. Couldn't wait to catch up with her and hear all about her trip!!

Jessie shared stories about her experience in the safari, where she was made to put giraffe poo into her mouth then spit it out. Eeeewwww... She saw lions, rhinos, zebras and even donkeys there. Can't wait for her to put up the pics in facebook!! She complained also of her sun-burnt back. Got it during her rock-climbing session earlier in the day. She's damn hard-core. Rock-climb from 1U to Batu Caves. Salute her, man!!

Then, the conversation steered to the latest girls' products. I overheard the guys talking:

Loo: "So Yacs, tell us la, what else is new? Any new eyeliner??"
Yaacob: "Well... You know, they have this new mascara. Eyeliners are those things they draw on their eyes [makes the eye drawing gesture] and mascaras are those that they put on the lashes [again, makes the mascara applying gesture]"
Loo: "Uh-huh..."
Yaacob: "They have this new mascara, that can make the lashes longer and fatter."
Loo: "Wa... You mean like silicon?"
Yaacob: "It's not silicon, I forgot what it's called."
Me: "Fibre..."
Yaacob: "Yeah, fibre. So, you know like Jessie's car, she has the skirting on? Well, these things are like skirting for the eyelashes. They add on to it."
Loo: "Oohhh, ok."

Clement didn't say anything. He just listened and nodded. Okaay... So this is how guys talk. They talk about girls stuff but add in their guy jargons to it to make it easier to understand. Hahahahaha... Damn farneee....

I told Jessie about what I heard and she laughed... Super hilarious la, guys!!

Then, about close to 2am, we decided to go off. Jessie was super semangat. She drove down to Velvet. Clement joked, "Jessie, you damn semangat. Going to Velvet now? So, you're gonna be there for like, half an hour, then go home."

True... By the time she reaches Velvet, park her car and walk to the club, she'll just have about half an hour left to party before the lights come on and the club closes. Semangat betul!!

Lucky Jessie is gonna go to Club Med, Cherating for her company trip the coming weekend. I don't have company trips. Envious of those who haf :(

Clement and Loo plan to check out Scarlett next Sat. Told them it's a 'lala' place full of pre-mature 'ah lians' but they wanna check it out themselves. Hehehe...

Then, on our drive home, we saw Jessie make a ganas u-turn at Jalan Maarof. Jessie is quite the gangster. She drives a gangster-maut car and her driving is also gangster. Really salute her, man!!
