We had a pre-Wesak Day steamboat party at Chriz’ house last weekend. I arrived late. So late that everyone had finished eating by the time I got there. Reason for my kelambatan:1) Was in Pavilion with Yaacob to hunt for a camera [my belated birthday pressie] and to sell off a handphone [we got to Pavilion late due to a silly miscommunication. He was waiting for me to call him when I was ready for him to pick me up, I thought he’d pick me up right after he got ready :P]
2) Volunteered to buy coke for the party and since Chriz specially requested for coke light, hadta go to the Jusco in Desa Park City to get the drinks. I thought the chances of me getting coke light there was higher. I was wrong. I ended up getting 2 bottles of coke and a bottle of vanilla coke [vanilla coke's to substitute the coke light]
3) Almost sesat jalan on my way to Chriz’ place coz it was night time [I can’t see well at night, dunno why…]
Chriz heated up the soup and cooked me some food. The others hung around the table and chit-chatted.
After that, we watched some TV before calling it a night. One of our milder parties compared to the last one we had [with flaming drinks, crazy boogeying, etc].
