Happy Birthday, Honey!!

It was Yaacob's birthday last Saturday. I planned on how to make his day really relaxing and enjoyable from begining of June. I thought out the plans for the night before and for the actual day, where to bring him for lunch, for his surprise treat and dinner. I figured out when to get the cake and where to get the cake. I drew out the design of the card I wanted to make him and researched on the songs I wanted to burn into the CD I planned to enclose in the card.

I drew up an itinery plan and booked everything waay in advance. And phew, did all the planning paid off! Coz the birthday boy sure enjoyed himself :)

The biggest reward to me is to know I made his birthday really special and he's happy.

On the night before, I took him for ice cream at the Dessert Bar at Mont Kiara. It was a nice lil place with really yummy desserts. Will definitely go back there again.

I presented him his card... [it's a 3 fold card with a CD enclosed. This is just the cover]

Then, we went for a movie at Signature GSC.

The next day, I took him for lunch at Bijou where we had the most fantastic burgers. It was seriously GOOD!!!!

After lunch, I told him we're going to the spa upstairs. It's the same spa he took me to for my birthday. Since he injured his shoulder at that time and couldn't go for it, I figured, for his birthday, it's only fair he get a spa treat from me.

He went for the Jupiter package while I went for the Hot Stone Therapy. Wow, I must say the stones were pretty HOT!! But the massage felt soo good, I can't wait to go for it again. The service was great and the entire place was clean and very serene. I will wanna come to this spa real often :D

When we finished our spa session, I dropped Yaacob back home and went to buy his cake. Then, rushed home to get ready for dinner.

Dinner was at Kura. I requested for a private booth so that both Yaacob and I can enjoy our dinner without any interruptions. Food was great!!! We were so full, we couldn't finish all the sushi :P
After dinner, we went back to his house. His granny was going back to L.A the following day, so he decided to stay home and spend time with his family. He ended up having 2 cakes. I bought him one and his family got him one. The kids were so excited when the candles were lighted on the cakes. So adorable!!
It was a fun and relaxing day. I was really happy to see my bf happy :) I hope he enjoyed his special day...

Happy Birthday, Honey!!
